Welcome to Voices In Christ Choir

The choir “VOICES IN CHRIST” was formed in 2001 because its members were drawn together by a deep love for singing. Most of us have performing experience and some of our members still belong to other parish choirs. We are committed to serving at Saturday evening Mass at St. Patrick’s Catholic Cathedral in Bridgetown, Barbados.

Additionally, we sing at Barbados weddings, funerals and other Barbados events. Our repertoire consists of mainly religious contemporary music and we consider ourselves “Ministers of the Word” in song. Although we come from the different territories of Barbados, Grenada, Guyana, St. Lucia and Trinidad, we have created a special Caribbean blend in our music.

Our first CD recording, represents many months of personal sacrifice with much sweat, some tears and a great deal of support from family, friends and our Saturday evening congregation. Above all, God guided and inspired us every step of the way. We hope you enjoy the seventeen original songs composed and performed by members of our choir as we “Step out in Faith”.
